Add an optional description field for each action.  

Support to collapse/expand the action details pane.

Why?

I am old and I forget why I did something two hours ago.  Seriously, new developers (or support) coming on board don’t have context.  We document our code for this reason, right?  So let’s provide a way to document actions and view them in a less constrained space.
