Vineet,  can you elaborate some on what you’d envision in that sidebar?  A master page can have a “sidebar” like panel with features like search, list of recent records, link to recycle bin, etc.  What else would you be wanting? 

actually its more like skuid side menu then a sidebar. The way salesforce has in lightning. So, instead of putting our menu items on header we can have them on side bar (menu)
