We recently ran into an issue where a Java VM application (i.e. FIS/IBS/eManager) would abort when using RPA. Upon further research we found out that Java memory management is an ongoing challenge across the board and needs IT assistance to tune Java applications to function in a scalable manner. Once the customer upgraded to the latest java version release and worked with their IT department to optimize memory and CPU utilization, the problem was solved, and the application would no longer abort.
