Deploying apps that integrate with SharePoint service instance - ListSetting error

Greetings.  We have a solution that is built using multiple data sources.  We use a SharePoint 2016 (on-prem) library for storing document attachments.  The majority of the solution is SQL and Oracle.  We registered the site collection via the K2 for SharePoint app from the web app's app catalog.  Doing that basically creates and configurs an instance of the 'SharePoint 2013' service broker.  We did not 'appify' any lists or libraries by going through the ribbon to generate objects.  We have a standard SmartObject in a different category that was configured to integrate with one of the service methods that was automatically generated in the SharePoint service instance.  This is basically like adding a new method to an existing SmartObject that calls a SQL service method, AD, or anything else for that matter.   The problem is this:  We cannot package this SmartObject because it throws a 'ListSetting' not found error in P&D.  I understand that SharePoint-based artifacts should be pac

Angular error in browser console when working on workflow

Hello all, On a couple of workflows I've worked on using the K2Five designer, loop steps suddenly stop loading their configuration menu. All other steps configuration menus load fine. I see an error in the browser console. Recreating the step does not fix the problem. Approve Reject Buttons On Nintex Form (Assign A Task Action)

In My scenario, i need to get three approvals from three users. Ther for I have used Assign A Task action on Nintex Workflow (O365 Workflow) and Whenever the request approval action fires I get the Task Email as usual. But I want to embed the Approve and Reject Button on to Nintex Form instead of opening the Task Form. Can anyone help me with this?

K2 Five WorkSpace Task List Refresh

Hi, We found that in the new K2 Five Workspace, when you finish a task it continues appearing on your task list and this is not automatically refreshed. Is there any way in the Form to trigger a task list refresh when you close the form? Thanks in advance

Adding a node on a specific location in a repeating section

Hi guys,  Scenario: I have a repeating section with approvers.Name approver Comments Approver 1 populated through WF Approver 2 populated through WF Approver 3 populated through WF  Each approver will get a task assigned (sequentially) and are also able to add an additional approver to the sequence. When approver 1 adds an additional approver, this approver needs to be added between node 1 and node 2 of my repeating section:Name approver Comments Approver 1 populated through WF New approver   Approver 2 populated through WF Approver 3 populated through WF Did anyone get this working?  I can add the user to the repeating section as an additional (last) node - not the correct outcome as the sequence of the approvers is important. Replacing the first node its contents with <ApproverName>name of first approver</ApproverName><ApproverComments>comments</ApproverComments></item><item><ApproverName>name of newly added approve

Workflow error: 28083 ServerEvent: A list can only be used in an expression ...

Workflow can be started from Form (working o.k.) and from other process (IPC call), which is cousing errors. The difference is only that when it is started from IPC, SP Item must be first created. New SP Item is created inside this WorkFlow, since it doesn't exist yet. Error is throw when Data Event tries to get values from SP Item. I thing that WorkFlow doesn't know Item reference to this newly created Item (method GetListItem fails). Already in previus activity, where I send task to user per email WorkList hyperlink is blank. The task is created in WorkList ... Again: WorkFlow runs correctly when it's called from FOrm (Item created before WorkFlow start). Should I somehow create reference with ID, which should be passed from Form (after Item was created) to WorkFlow? I appriciate for any TIPS & TRICKS ...   The WorkFlow has error 28083 in Data Event. Error description is: 28083 ServerEvent: A list can only be used in an expression if it contains exactly one value.　Server stack tr

Nintex Forms search results

I have a Nintex form in O365 that uses a lot of fields so not all of the fields are connected to an associated SharePoint column in the SharePoint list. The owner of the site wants to be able to search the site for a particular value and if the value is contained anywhere within the nintex form it is displayed within the search results. Can this be done without mapping every field in the Nintex form to an associate column in the list.

How to break a tie using assign flexi task?

I've got the attached process I'm trying to solve. But what I can't figure out is if there's a tie in the votes, how can I notify the task to the tie breaker so they can cast their vote?  Once they cast their vote, the workflow will process it with the final approval/rejection, ending the workflow.  I thought about running parallel actions, but I'm not sure what kind of conditions I need to set to get it working?

Check if Item Exists Workflow Action

I have a variable collection named varAsiaRegion - it contains countries in Asia on a single column.Current Item selected on Country field is "Philippines" that also exists in my varAsiaRegion.The returned boolean of getAsia is False. What am I missing here?

SSN Validation Not Working

Working with RegEx Validation on an SSN field in Forms, I am using the following expression ^d{3}-?d{2}-?d{4}$     However, it only seems to except an empty field - and calls any other entry invalid.  This is a generally accepted expression referenced in multiple places and I tested it in RegEx validators.  The underlying field is Single Line of Text   What Am I doing wrong?
