Picture is not visible in emails.

designed a form in sharepoint and using Nintex workflow I am sending email for approval. There is a field with multiple line with Rich Text. In this field, I am inserting a picture/excel/pdf/other attachment but it is not visible in emails. In place of image there is only a red cross sign. Could you all please help?

Delete item not working

I have a Delete Item object to delete other list records, for example i want to delete the list records in the list "IMX Procurement Details" where the column "Ref Num" equal to "NTP0000257". Supposed i have 2 records which the "Ref Num" are equal to "NTP0000257". but after the workflow executed, I found that it just delete 1 record in the list. Anyone can help and explain please, thanks.  The setting is below:    My List before delete records:  My List after delete records.

SMO ISSUE : SQL STORE PROC WITH 1 INPUT PARAMETER AND 3 OUTPUT PARAMETERS

Hello Alli created an smo which takes 1 input and 3 output parameters.Executed storproc in sql and works as expected when i send input parameter which is required parameter and get my output. when i create an smo to execute storeproc execute method in smo tester tool it asks all 4 parameters(1 input and 3 output) as REQUIRED. In sql while executing it works as expected passing 1 parameter which is input iam getting 3 output parameter result. Anyone faced this and any suggestion Username input i get output parameters as expeced

K2 File Attachment Size issue

Hi All, I am facing an issue while uploading a file of size more than 200 MB to the sharepoint document library via K2 Attachment control. I am getting  error "Additional info: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.Broker Method : UploadDocument" I am able to upload the document directly to the SharePoint library. When trying to upload the same document using tester tool, i am getting system.outofmemoryexception error.  Please help if someone else has faced the same issue earler. Thanks in advance!

Deleting completed Process Instances

Hi, Which is the best way to clear out all completed Process Instances for a PROCESS in Workspace? I've done a tonne of testing on a form and have all the completed process instances showing in the Process Overview->Process Instances. How do i clear them all out? I deleted all previous "Versions" of the process, so just have the default current one, but it still shows all these completed instances. i want to start afresh for the form going live, so what's the best way to clear them? Thanks,

Eliminate drop down values dynamically

Hello, I have requirements where user need to select values (List values) from drop down and values are in a specific order and it can not be changed.So, once user select a value from drop down, in next row drop down should not show values till he already selected in first row.Is it possible, hw can I do this task. Thanks,Mdhusudan

Synchronize Groups Buttons Greyed out on SharePoint

Hi All,    If you're experiencing an error where the synchronize groups button on SharePoint has been disabled, this is expected behavior following Update 4.  This occurs because we have now enabled the identity microservice for Cloud/Appit customers. The identity microservice automatically synchronizes identities and updates from AAD and SharePoint to K2. K2 Designer not resolving, because of missing Method

Hi, in a fresh install of K2 i am able access k2 workspace fine. but when i try to access k2 designer the following is the error i am reciving. would anyone have an idea of my this is hapening. I have run the repair via setup manager on the server. I also get the same error when i try to registeer the k2 app on the sharepioint site collection. error: 'SourceCode.Hosting.Server.Interfaces.ICredential SourceCode.Hosting.Server.Interfaces.ISecurityManager.GetSessionPrimaryCredentials(System.String)

Is it possible to hide an outcome in the lazy approval mail?

I have a task that has to be approved or declined by a user. However, after the due date has passed, the task should be autocompleted and I need to know in the further flow if the task was completed by the user or autocompleted. I was thinking of adding three outcomes (Approve, Reject, CompletedBySystem) and configure the task escalation to complete using the CompletedBySystem outcome. However, I do not want the CompletedBySystem outcome to be visible as an option to the user in the lazy approval mail that is sent out. Is this possible? Or is there another way to deal with this problem?

Nintex workflow stuck at Started and not proceeding further

We set up new office 365 platform and trying Trail version of Nintext Workflows.I just created sample workflows which will just log some comments to workflow history and send email.I ran the workflow and checked status, it just shows "Started" and it's not proceeding further.

K2 Connect to SAP Error：call a smart object sending multiple requests

Dear all, The SAP system received multiple request data when we used K2 connect for SAP to call smartobject to send data to SAP. But in our trace log, only one request has been sent. So we want to know whether k2 connect for sap has relevant configuration to sent multiple request? Thanks very much!

How to copy an existing application

The existing K2 cloud Document Approval template does not meet my requirement.  I would like to copy an existing App1 built with the document approval template and to modify it to create a new App2.  I do not see documentation to do that.  I tried exploring with 'Save As'; I could only do save as views, lists, etc. Thanks a lot.

Delete Multiple rows from a Smartobject with same ID via a K2 Studio Workflow?

Hi, I have a Smartobject as follows: File               GroupID hello.txt      1Tester.txt    2K2.docx     2K9.docx     2 I am using a K2 Studio Workflow to send these files via email, but then i want to delete them afterwards as they just take up space in the tables, especially because they are datatype: file So i did a Smartobjetc method - Delete on the Smartobject in the workflow (after sending email), but it only deletes the last record which matches the GroupIDin the above example, it deletes k9.docx, but leaves the other two documents with the same Group ID How can i do a loop to delete all records that match that GroupID? Thanks

lookup column could not update using rest api

Is it possible to display a message on form redirection

Hi All, is it possible to display a message on form redirection. Eg: when filing a form and if navigating away from the form accidently by click on a link in the form, we should pop up a message like 'Are you sure? you will lose your data' We are using K2 forms in K2 Five for SharePoint app.  Thanks!

Dreaded Missing Reference Error During Deployment

The column that P&D tool is complaining on, does exist in list on target instance. I have checked in Smartobject. Compared SMO XMLs, they both are defined same way. What to do next? Any help is appreciated.

Increase height of text area control as each new line starts?

Hi, Is there a scripty/data label way of increasing the height of the text area as each new line is reached? I followed this thread: http://community.k2.com/t5/K2-blackpearl/Dynamic-increase-height-of-Text-Area-control/ta-p/91051but the height increases each time a character is entered, which ends up with a huge gap at the bottom of the text area.Also, the first solution only works if you click outside of the text area, which is pointless, as the user isn't likely to do that. Is there a way to have the text area add a line to the height each time a new line starts? Thanks

SmartForms Integration with Source Control, Team Foundation Server (TFS).

Hello Team, We as team working in isolated development environments, each developer have their own development server which contains a K2 development environment; K2, SQL Server, Visual Studio and so on. Visual Studio is where our expertise area and TFS we are using for version control/source control. We have requirement to use TFS for Application Lifecycle Management for K2 SmartForms, which allows us to track requirements, code, issues, fixes, history, WorkItems and so on. Follwoign are our requirements: (1)    Include SmartForms in TFS(2)    Share SmartForms definitions for use in other environments(3)    Track requirements/changes(4)    Maintain history of changes, WorkItems(5)    Build Automation that next stet leads to Test Automation Please advice on above mentioned requiremnts and in summary a way to use SmartForms with TFS(2013).

How to Display Image

Hi, I have two separate forms for a Book Nook system (kind of like a Mini Library): i. Admin Form - the admin can add/edit/delete new entries so thatii. User Form - the user on the second form can view the various entries + be able to choose which book they'd like to borrow. I want the admin to be able to add an image of the book cover so that the user can view it. I've tried Image Attachment on the Admin Form and Display Image on the User Form but the image does not display when I run the form.  Any suggestions?

K2 V5 Smartforms - Branding

Hi, I'm very new to smartforms but getting the hang of them. When version 5 came out I'm sure i read that you can now apply branding 'skins' to the smartforms. I can't find anywhere in the tutorials or in K2 designer where to apply these?   I'm referring to the themeing of the 'Tabs', form background colour etc and not the styling of the fields themseleves. Thanks for any suggestions, Julie
