Not able to view the form and all the related thing to the smartobject is there any thing i can do it to resolve it or i should ask for customer help.

Were you able to see them previously and then suddenly one day they disappeared? You can try to use the search function in the top left to see if they were moved somewhere else on accident

If you are looking to see which View/Forms/Workflow uses this SmartObject you can try using the Package and Deployment tools to see the dependencies.
In the designer site, it will usually show which views are used in a form, and which smartobjects are used in a view, but not the other way around.
