We are experiencing the problem as outlined in this post https://community.nintex.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Office-365-Actions-Fail-With-Error-The-Username-Is-Invalid-Or/ta-p/86256
My questions are
1. if we disable MFA for the service account that is used in the Shared Connection would it work?
2. Is there any other work around that you would suggest?
