Is it possible to remove or hide the delete item on a responsive form

I need to remove or hide the Delete Item action in a Nintex Responsive form but I can't seem to be able to do it.

I have created a SharePoint group that has no authority to Delete Items but this only removes the option to Delete in the actual SharePoint list. Also, is there any way to remove the "Back to Site" text or link?

I'm looking for any advice on this please.
