I am creating a Nintex form that needs to send an email to a shared mailbox. When I type in the shared mailboxes name or email, it pops up. Similar to when you look up a specific user. Yet when the workflow is ran it never delivers the email. It will deliver the email to any individual listed, but not the shared mailbox. This is case using the "Internal email" option in the email notification action. If I select "External email and attachment", it will send to the shared mailbox. Is there a setting that needs adjusted to all "Internal emails" to be sent to shared mailboxes? Any and all suggestions welcomed!!! send email
