Wrong icon displayed after upgrade to K2 5.1 (Lithium theme)

We recently upgraded to K2 5.1 FP8 and have an issue with incorrect icons being displayed with the Lithium theme. We don't have this issue with the Grey Void or Blue Void themes. Also, the problem only occurs with the RuntimeRuntime url and doesn't occur with the DesignerRuntime url.

 

Exemple with the DesigneRuntime url (correct)

    Try clearing your browser cache, close and reopen your browser, and check again.

    Clearing the browser cache has solved the issue. Strangely, we only have the issue in Development and not in QA. Hope we won't have this problem when we upgrade Production and have to ask all the users to clear their cache.

    For the record, we didn't get the issue after upgrading Production. Go figure.
