Have requirements on a project that SavePDF File has static headers (similar to Microsoft Word Header / Footer) on each page created.
Header (static image / company info / form name)
content (Views / List Views that are dynamic)
Footer (static info version / page 1 of 1)
Is this at all possible?

That is not possible at the moment. One workaround is to create a header view and a footer view, then add them into your form. If you only want the header and footer to appear in the PDF, then create a separate form that is only used for printing to PDF. That way you can add the header and footer views to the form.
I have a header view that does show up on the 1st page of the PDF.
Users requested a static header however so that's kind of a bummer it's not a function available.
