Hi bhickok2,
Perhaps, you can give the users access to the Out of Office form without giving them full access to the Management site (https://7js9gqb.appit.com/Management/Runtime/Runtime/Form/com.K2.System.Management.Form.OutOfOffice). These users will need to have some rights in K2.
Hi bhickok2,
It should be similar to this.
https://your_kuid_name_or_vanity_name/Management/Runtime/Runtime/Form/com.K2.System.Management.Form.OutOfOffice
This looks very promising. Only issue I have is how to grant access to that form?
Thanks,
Ben
HI khanh,
It seems that this provides a bit more access than I want to allow for a manager. My fear is one manager will have access then multiples will want access and then i'll have a hundred managers in the system. I'm wondering if there is a way to access the smart objects to create my own out of office form?
Thanks,
Ben
