You can determine whether the service is OData compliant by going through the documentation below:

The steps described in the documentation will aid you to determine whether a problem resides with the OData service itself or with the OData service broker.

I know it works, i can see data from our testing outside of K2

however my question was more does K2 support V4 OData.

we have OData connections which are V2

but this new one is V4

So I found a KB about that talks OData version 4 not supported -- OData Service Broker. And according to this KB from the documentation, they have only tested up to Version 3.0 of OData and Currently, K2 does not support OData version 4.
