Hi everyone,

I'm a newer in K2.

I have an issue that I created a form to submit request. When I test the lastest version of this form, everything OK. But when an another user login and submit a request, his request item lost data in one field. I'm sure I checked in the lastet version.

May be that user accessed the previous version of form? Or there are somthing wrong in my form?

As long as the Form is checked in after making changes, when users open the Form they should see the latest version. Can the user try clearing the browser cache and then submit the Form again?

I thought the main problem is on the browser cache like you.

But I want to make sure that there are not other reasons for this case before I respond to end user.

Hi  @ThanhDD ,

If you have done all that  @lkimberly has mentioned and the form is deffinitily checked in on the latest version: perhaps check if there may be a mapping issue on the field that is not submitting the data correctly?
