K2 BPM is sending empty emails with empty subject and empty body

Hi Friends,

 

Please help me on how to resolve my issue that K2 BPM is sending empty emails with empty subject and empty body

and everytime BPM is picking 2 people on random and sending the empty email notification.

 

Please share me the resolving tips. I already searched my views, forms and workflow that none of my apps are sending the empty emails.

    Most likely it will be something in your workflow. Check all user tasks make sure send email task notification isn't ticked, or you don't have any reminders set up.
