Perhaps, you can get that information by accessing the K2 service account’s mailbox in your environment. The configuration of K2 service account mailbox can be obtained via connection string editor tool (https://help.k2.com/kb003453).

Not out the box, you may try to stored the email information using a smartobject for the workflow. Then use the smartobject to get the list of email back.
