Hi,

Has anyone had any experience of creating a service instance of the freshService API (SDM Software).  We have only to do, created service instances that connect to our on prem sql databases, not an external API.

Is it doable for a start and if so, has any had any issues with any limitations (such as data quantity returned etc).
