Dear all, We configured two-way trust relationship for domains and add another domain in k2. We can login k2 site by another domain user. But when we want to add the user into custom role, we can't find it and can only search default domain user. We clear the cache but not work. Can you tell me how to add multiple domain user into custom role? Best regards,

I've encountered an issue previosuly wherein an entry in the K2 db isn't updated after adding a domain from the K2 Management site. Could you have a look at this KB: https://help.k2.com/support-services/kbt144715?

Have you added the other domains into your K2? Go to your K2 Management page > Users > K2 > Domains. Try adding your other domains into the list, restart your K2 service, then check if you can add the user into the roles.
