Hide actions in K2 Worklist Control

I want to use the Worklist Control but do not want the ability for users to Approve, Reject without opening the form on the Actions.  How can I do this?  I do want to show the other actions such as redirect, share, view flow.  Is this possible?  In my screen shot, I just want the Open Form, View Flow, Share, Redirect options available.

Hi Shaftc,

You need to change that in workflow and redeploy.

In K2 five,Client event is known as Task step. Please find the screenshot for your reference

To hide the actions from worklist, eye symbol must be crossed (as highlighted for approve action in the above image).

Thanks,
Vijay

Hi Shaftc,

Run through your client event wizard and  in configure action screen select each action and uncheck the “Make the action available without opening the work item” checkbox.

Thanks,

Vijay

Thanks Vijay.  Client Event Wizard...can you give me a little more detail?  Fairly new to K2.  Is this in Form, View, or Workflow?
