Approval from same group but not Originator.

I have a Group called 'Operations'.   This group can starts a workflow which requires  'Approval' or 'Rejection.  

Only people from Operations can start a request/approve/reject a request.       

 

How can I make it so that the originator cannot approve their own request?

    Assign the task that requires approval to the Operations group, then remove the Originator.

    Thank you,  however I was unable to figure how to accomplish removing the originator.

    After you add the group, you can select the originator and a little trash can icon appears in the lower right, allowing you to remove the selected row (the originator)
