Thank you for the suggestion solution but it still does not work for me. Some users I can get back the Instant Activity ID some does not have any value. So it is very difficult for me to know which user will have Activity ID which user does not. I already give K2service an admin role.

Have you tried to test if this is returning any result if you use Smartobject Services tester ? If it doesnt is there any error shown ?

The SmartObject Service Tester.exe can be fount at 

C:Program FilesK2Bin
