we are not seeing AAD SMO into Designer for k2 cloud, is this manual configuration? or some other smo ?

+14Im not sure if you signed up with managed AAD or O365 subscription. If the latter the SMOs should be under the Azure Active Directory > APP CATALOG category.
You can also use K2 Management > Integration and search Azure Active Directory from there to see what category they are in.
