Hi All,

 

K2 Sharepoint 2013 Integration Service Smartobject (Sharepoint Integration People Picker Source) is not working properly. its going to the time expiry state.

Could you please anyone explain what are the possible reasons for this.

Are you using SharePoint Online or SharePoint on-Prem?


If you are using on-Prem, on that exact timestamp when you are executing the SmartObject, is there any errors in the ULS logs?

Hi Jean,

 

We have On-Prem service, with three different ADs. This issue is there on our systems as well, but we also have an issue where the K2 picker cannot resolve SP Groups or FIM(Forefront Identity Manager) groups.

I did not get a response or a solution otherwise on the community, for me it is still an open issue.

 

On a different note, i pinged you something on K2 community mail, do reply when possible.
