We’re in the process of pointing our K2/Nintex Automation Exchange Instance from Exchange On Prem to Exchange 365. Our emails are flowing as expected. However, when I try to use the new ‘Appointment’ SmartObject in the Exchange Online folder, it doesn’t send a meeting request, it just puts a meeting on the calendar. Does anyone know how to get the meeting request to send?

Hello,
I believe if you create an appointment with just Subject, Start Date, End Date, and Time Zone then it is just an appointment.
But if you include a Required Attendees, then it becomes a meeting invitation and the invite is sent out to the Required Attendees.
However, you will likely have to also populate the body with the information to the meeting room, link, etc if applicable.
Hi
Did these help solve your question?
I’m hoping to get back to this topic this week and will update this thread when I do. Appreciate the responses.
