We have configured reverse proxy according to the instructions in this blog post:

The designer, management and workspace are serving up correctly when accessed from the internet while some forms and views' URLs are not resolving. They are still pointing to the local server URL as a result, throws 404 error.

 

Additionally, the task forms are not showing up in the workspace iframe as it ought to.

 

How can I resolve this?

If you are using an older version of K2(e.g K2 blackpearl), please see this KB article on configuring SSL-Offloading. It may be able to provide you some incite on setting up a reverse proxy:
