Hi Mates,

I am trying to implement a configurable workflow. below is my scenario :

There will be one Parent workflow with 15 activity and we have 3 types of changes i.e. Change A, Change B & Change C

Change A has - Activity A1, A2,A5,A5,A7,A8

Change B has - Activity A2,A3,A4,A6,A7,A9,A10

Change B has - Activity A2,A3,A4,A6,A10,A12,A13,A14,A15

Few of the steps are an option in each change so at the time of request submission user can select which steps needed and accordingly workflow should proceed.

Can you suggest how we can such kind of flow in K2 FIVE

Hi Tan,

I'm not sure if this will work for your scenario, perhaps, a different approach is to evaluate each change request at the subworkflow level (child workflow).

Thanks for your reply.
Is there any way we can skip some steps base on some rule?

Hi  @Tan;

"Is there any way we can skip some steps based on some rule?"-->Could you please check out with conditional rules here(https://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/K2Five/UserGuide/current/default.htm#K2-Workflow-Designer/Use/Canvas/StartStep/StartRule/Conditional-Start-Rule.htm) or you can use escalation/reminder/goToActiviy assuming you have upgraded from 4.7 taking advantage of legacy tools(https://help.k2.com/kb002726) to force expiren and/or to move activity at given minimal time scale.
