Hi,

Anyone else getting this error when trying to install the Feb v4.7 Cumulative Update?

k2 blackpearl server can't update, these dependencies aren't met: -microsoft sql server 2008 r2 management objects

I have installed it from the Feature pack, but still getting the error.

I have SQL Server 2016 installed

Any ideas?

We are getting the same error as well!

To resolve it, you need to download the X86 components as well from https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=26728

SharedManagementObjects.msi

SQLSysClrTypes.msi

Re-run the update and should work :)

Satpal, excellent post !!!!

That sorted the error. I would have never thought you've been the x86 versions as well.

I'm on Server 2016 x64.... Why on earth would you need the x86 versions as well is bizarre.

But thank you, that pre-req requirement has now gone.

There is a new version of the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update installer that will not require the x86 version of the tools, so your 64-bit SQL tools will pass the dependency checks. You can get the new version from Support.

Thanks!
