We currently allow users to authenticate to SharePoint with their Office 365 user accounts and upload a file to SharePoint. This is all done with K2 for SharePoint and SharePoint K2 web parts.

 

Is there a way to configure the smart object to use a specific user to upload to SharePoint, and not the logged in user?

Currently this is not possible unless you move the logic to a workflow and set alternate security credentials for server events as described in this document
