I am running into "Unable to connect to k2.columbia.csc on port 5252. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it."
I have checked the K2 Service on the K2 server and it is running, i have even restarted it several times but still nothing.
I looked in the host server logs and see a bunch of SQL deadlocks.
We are currently on 4.6.9, i know it is out of support but just looking to this thing up and running again. Is the deadlocks the cause of the unable to connect message?
