We have AD groups added to roles. Workflow assign worklist items to this roles. We would like to simulate dynamic roles from a button, I mean: dynamic roles disabled for all roles, but if we add a user to AD group, existing worklist items can be viewed for the added user, is it possible?

Thanks in advance.

You can achieve this using only K2 Roles where users needs to be added individually in it.

User would be able to access the task that is assigned to a particular task even when the user gets added after the task has been created. The reason is that K2 will be verifiying the particular user's access rights only at the time of perfoming task unless if AD where it allocates the access rights while creating the task.

Could I "refresh" worklist items assignments using SMOs?

Thanks for your help.

But for checking access rights each time worklist is listed dynamic roles have to be activated? Be are trying to avoid dynamic roles for performance reasons
