Is it possible to create the same operation on a form or view to redirect massively many instances to a participant?.

Can you define "massively many"? Depending on the volume a form approach may not be the more efficient way to accomplish this.
In a worklist with assigned instances, have a multiple selection column (checkbox) where it is possible to select multiple records to change the responsible and not do it one by one.
To this I mean massive reassignment and not doing it one by one.
