Radio Button/Checkbox did not show when print the form

Thank you for logging this post. If you are printing from your browser you will have select the options print background images and colour when looking to do this, this should allow for the radio buttons and features to show correctly. 

In addition to this, you may use the save as PDF control to print to a PDF format, you can learn more about this by looking at the documentation from our help site below:
