I've created an offline form and it is accessible offline on iOS and Android (tested and functional), but not on a Windows surface.  After some searching I found a list of release notes for the K2 app on the 3 platforms, but the Windows release notes doesn't mention offline forms availability like the othe release notes do. HERE

Are offline forms not available on the Windows surface app?
