What are inactive users in License report?
Are they being included in license counts?
These inative users don't show on Licensed Users page so I cannot remove their licenses. Mose users are terminated, how can we remove their licenses if they are included in license counts?

I have a service broker that cleans up K2 licesnse for users that are no longer in Azure AD or AD - basically reclaiming the licesnse as unused. You can even do it for users who have not been involved with K2 for a specific period of time. Ping me directly with your email and and I can help.
