Hi,


I am new to K2. I am creating a workflow in K2 studio. In workflow, I am trying to achieve  approval and rejection steps. For example, when manager opens the form for approval, there is a drop down with values 'Yes' and 'No' (Yes means Approve, No means Reject). If manager selects Yes', workflow will move to next person for approval. If manager selects 'No', a  comment box will appear and manager will submit the form. On submitting the form, workflow will send a rejection email to originator and workflow will stop.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks Ted for links. I did add outcomes in my smartform client event .  But when I did a test run at first approval level, eventhough I selected No (Reject) from form drop down, workflow moved to second approval level. Can yu please help me what configuration I am missing on that.

Each choice or action yes/no should have a corresponding branch in the workflow, what are you using to design the workflow?

I am using K2 Studio for designing the workflow. In workflow, each outcome (Yes and No) has different branch. But when I am selecting no on form, workflow is still going on next approval level.  Do I need to add any rule on Form as well?
