You will have to use a rule in your workflow called 'Action a worklist item'. For example, you can add two buttons to your form, one for Approve, one for Reject. In each button click rule, add the 'Action a worklisr item' rule, configure it, and specify the worklist item serial number, and manually type the name of the action you want the button to do.
