K2 Management - Roles and AD Groups

Only new to K2, so bear with me..

We have setup a role to use within a workflow.  We currently have 3 members in the role.

We want to have an AD group with many members added to the role.

We have done this, but the users in the AD group are not getting any workflow, or email notification of tasks assigned

 

AD group is Universal Distribution Group - Mail enabled

The AD group can receive emails directly from outlook

Dear,

 

I'm not really sure if you are using k2 studio for workflows or not, but oh well, what i think of is the destination rule configuration,

while you are setting a role as a destination in a workflow, there is an option to treat this role as users.

In this exmaple you also have to select "Create a slot for each destination" or only the first user will get the email.
