K2 4.7 Workspace

In the K2 4.7 workspace there is the ability to create reports and export them to excel. I have develop an applicatiion and as part of that there is the requirement export data to excel for which I will use the worksapce. Is there a way to manage individuals access to the work space reports in a similar way that permission to access the app is managed. In this case there is a list of individuals who have permission to access the app.

 

Can anybody advise how to do this

    You can try restricting users who have access to the "Reports" menu item. In your workspace, there is a security tab, which allows you to specify which users have access to which menu item in the workspace.
