We are on 4.7.  When using the K2 Reassign Task from K2 Management, the task gets reassigned correctly, but a task email is not sent out.  If I add the person who is doing the task reassignment as an Server Admin, then the email is correctly sent for the task.

 

The user is set as the Process Admin, but we don't want to grant Server Admin rights.  Do we have to grant Server Admin for the email task to be sent?

The email task gets sent if I do the Re-assign in Workspace, but not Management.

I tested the Task List's Redirect option from K2 Management site on 4.7 with K2 4.7 March CU and didn't run into the issue. Perhaps, you can install the 4.7 March CU. Also, could you confirm the K2 Service account has Admin/Export/Impersonate rights under Server Rights?
