How can i make a PDF from these form Feilds? it generates the PDF file, no problems , but it doesnt even try to generate the PDF with the form feilds (Data Labels) Why is this so? it just generrates the PDf and when i click to view it opens an empty PDF

Do you have any loadding data to these data label control?
This usually happens when K2 tries to capture the form to PDF but the form has not fully loaded yet. We can try adding a conversion delay of 10 seconds to allow the form to completely load before it gets converted into PDF.

I did a quick test but couldn't reproduce the behavior, see video link: http://www.screencast.com/t/7FVVJiif0. Could you show us the rule that is setup to load the data labels? You mentioned that PDF file is empty when viewing, are the text labels such as the 'Reference ID' and 'Security' showing in the PDF file?
