I need to add the "Comment" section in the default task form that appears to the user.
I cannot see an option to design this form or anything, the wizard just asks me if i need to use "Edit" or "Display" form in the bottom of the task form.
Can the task form be changed or manipulated?
Attached is my requirement and what i get now.
Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks for your reply Vijay, however i do not think this is what i need.
I have attached two screenshots for reference. The first one is post which i should get some configuration to edit the task form the user will get.
I suppose what you told was applicable in the second screenshot i have added, the mail part.
