Hey AchyutBabu,

There is documentation in the K2 Blackpearl Developers Reference for 4.7 that lists out some JavaScript Samples for K2 REST Services.

There is a sample regarding "Completing a worklist item using the REST service & javascript" at the bottom. Maybe that will help?
