Hie everyone,

I had tried almost every ooption still unable to resolve it can anyone help me on this

how to suppress the blank spaces in output document,

For ex:
<<Product1>>
<<Product2>>
<<Product3>>
we had the values for product1 and product3, In the output document it is showing Product2 as blank space,the requirment is to suppress it and show as
<<Product1>>
<<Product3>>
but I am getting like
<<Product1>>

Hi,
Have you checked that your template document's style setting is set to No spaces?

Yes, just now I tried it , there is no change,still getting same problem.

These are fields in an Object,Customer Attendee is Lookup to Contact and beside are names of Contacts, when I removed 2nd and 3rd Contacts ,I am getting blank spaces in OutPut file as in the picture.
