Is it possible to create a matrix table that replicates rows and columns? I am trying to create a table that shows responses to a form. We want each row to be a form submission, each column to be a form question, and the middle cells to show the answer to each question for each submission. I've included an example below, as well as a chart of the Salesforce data model. Let me know if you can think of any way to accomplish something like this. I read a lot of documentation on replication and tried to find the answer in the community and on YouTube. I found the Excel as Middleware tool but I couldn't see how that would solve my problem.
Blue = Each row is a Form Submission by a person.
Green = Each column is a question in the form. Each column is a record in the Form Element object.
Yellow = Each row is a Form Submission Answer record. It looks up to the related Form Element question record and the Form Submission record.
