Resolution

Hi Mr Foucart,

ISSUE 1:
Issue created a service Instance of CRM:

Error: The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error.
For more information about the error, either turn on
IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from
the configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception
information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET
Framework 3.0 SDK documentation and inspect the server trace
logs.

RESOLUTION 1:

The issue was linked to a missing right of the "K2Service-Prod" to the CRM environment.
We saw this by the following tests with the Smart Object Service Tester:
Try to register CRM Dev from K2 server Dev with account "K2Service-Dev": OK (Only this one worked)
Try to register CRM Dev from K2 server Prod with account "K2Service-Prod": KO
Try to register CRM Dev from K2 server Prod with account "K2Service-Prod": KO
Try to register CRM Prod from K2 server Dev with account "K2Service-Dev": KO
Try to register CRM Prod from K2 server Prod with account "K2Service-Dev": OK (Right click on the "Smart Object Service Tester" and choose "Run as...", choose "K2Service-Dev")

This issue was already explained in the following mail:

Bonjour Jacob,
Je pense qu’il faut donner le droit sur le CRM au compte AD k2service-dev. Je ne sais pas si c’est ce que vous avez mis en place.
Pierre

According to this link:

If you want to integrate with CRM 2011, 2013 or 2015, the K2 Setup Manager will automatically install the required SDK and redistributables.

I advise to use "K2 BlackPearl Setup Manager"in order to setup the CRM and at the end of this procedure select "Repair all".
