Hi,

Please help me in designing good workflow. It will be onboarding process for new users. I assume to use form where manager or secretary will be able to order all needed elements like: phone, computer, car and some more.

Afterwards I need different paths for approval/additional processes. I'd like to divide these paths using "Run parallel actions" control and in every branch use separate workflow. I need also to show current states of every workflow in nice way in one place.

Please give me some advises and pros and cons of my idea. Any different approaches are welcome.

I'd advised to start with forum search. there are already good hints on the topic and real use cases described.
