I see this section at the bottom right of the home screen. How exactly do we welcome new members? I don't see an "Introduce Yourself" section or "New Member Section" of the Community.

+8I've seen that and it is helpful. What I was thinking of be welcoming members is being able to interact with them in an intro thread or something. I suppose you could follow the person and send them a message. Many forums have a section where new people can post a thread and say a few things about themselves, and then members can post messages welcoming them to the site.
