Symptoms

The client configured a smartforms client event notification. When the user reaches the client event, he gets an email, but when he clicks the worklist item URL link, he gets directed to the wrong smartforms runtime site.
 

Diagnoses

This can be because the identity.claim* tables are still pointing to the wrong URL or it can be because the environment fields in workspace is pointing to the wrong URLs.
 

Resolution

We confirmed that all the identity.claims* tables are correct. After that, we looked at the environment field variables and updated the string tables as well. We started a new process instance and the worklist item URL link was working as expected.
