I have different workflows. They all fill out an infopath form (for example prepairing all necessary things for a new employee etc.
My question is how I can export the data from the infopath form or even the whole xml file "automatically" with NINTEX, when the form is completely filled and before the workflow ends?
Is there a possibility to get this done with NINTEX? What would be an alternative solution?

Hi,
I only would like to automatically export an infopath (XML) file from sharepoint to the filesystem.
We need that to feed our tool which is used to manage a lot of things.
This tool takes a few things from active directory user account but not everything is in there. So we need this xml file and that should be exported as it is (XML).

Hi Joel,
There is a workflow action called 'Copy to file share' that will copy the file the workflow is running on to a UNC path.
If the workflow is running on an InfoPath file in a library, the XML content will be copied to the file share.
