I currently have the K2 for SharePoint 2010 4.5 Beta (4.10060.1140.0) object installed. Is there a later component available for the K2 for SharePoint 2010 object?

If you have 1170 installed, you can download the RTM version of this from the portal's Previous Downloads link. Search for "K2 blackpearl 4.5 Update for Microsoft 2010".
In releases after that, like 1200, it has been included in the default installer, so if you have the requirements installed, it should be listed as an option.
